We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service.

Your appointment time is exclusively yours, and last-minute changes often make it impossible for another client to enjoy that time. Thank you for helping us maintain a beautiful experience for everyone.

If you are cancelling within the 24-hour cancellation window, please take care of your cancellation fee through our website:
